Our Tasting Room Will Be Closed Until Further Notice

We don’t want to reopen until we can assure a safe—and exceptional—experience for our guests and team alike.

Like many hospitality businesses in the early days of the pandemic, we closed our doors to guests to protect their health as well as the health of our employees. It was a necessary decision, but a painful one.

As the world began to open back up, we looked at what it would take to modify our tasting room for a world in which COVID 19 is still a grave risk and decided we couldn’t create a guest experience we feel great about. We expect excellence from ourselves in everything we do. If we can’t offer an excellent guest experience, we feel it is best to wait until we can.

The time away from offering tours and tastings has given us the opportunity to reflect on how we can best host you when we do reopen our doors, and we have some new ideas we are really excited about. We’re going to work on those ideas until they meet our standard. If you’d like to be notified when we do reopen, you can sign up for our newsletter here.

As distillers, we live to see people taste what we make. Not having that in-person connection has been hard for us, but we have felt your support in many other ways. Thank you for your emails, your messages, your mentions, your persistence and your patience. We can’t say when we’ll be ready to welcome you back, but we will do our best to make it worth the wait.
