Red Viper
3 1/4 oz St. George California Agricole Rum
3/4 oz fresh lime juice
3/4 oz agave syrup
1 barspoon Balsamic vinegar
3 thin slices cucumber

Devilish Julep
1 oz St. George California Agricole Rum
1 oz Lejay Crème de Cassis
2 slices fresh ginger
2 sprigs fresh mint
4 wedges fresh lime
This "devilish" interpretation of a classic julep won ShakeStir's Boston cocktail competition. To make it, simply muddle ginger, lime, and one mint leaf in a Mason jar or pint glass. QUEEN CALIFA
1 1/2 oz St. George California Agricole Rum
1 oz pineapple juice
1/2 oz Velvet Falernum
1/4 oz St. Elizabeth Allspice Dram
1 egg white
mint leaf for garnish
Add all ingredients except garnish to a cocktail shaker and shake without ice. Open the shaker, add ice, and shake again. Strain into a chilled coupe glass and garnish with a spanked mint leaf.Recipe: Jessica Torres, One Martini

1 oz Ancho Reyes Chile Liqueur
2/3 oz simple syrup
2/3 oz fresh lime juice
dash of Bittercube Orange Bitters

1 oz Blume Marillen Apricot Eau de Vie
1/2 oz St. George California Agricole Rum
1/2 oz Aperol
3/4 oz housemade strawberry syrup
3/4 oz fresh lime juice

Agricole Mojito
2 oz St. George California Agricole Rum
1/2 oz fresh lime juice
1/2 oz simple syrup
10 mint leaves
club soda

1/2 oz orange liqueur
1/2 oz orgeat

AGRICOLE PRESIDENTE
2 oz St. George California Agricole Rum
1/2 oz vermouth blanc
2 dashes orange bitters
1 bar spoon curacao
1 bar spoon grenadine
