2 oz Mommenpop Pamplemousse
1 oz St. George NOLA Coffee Liqueur
3 oz soda water (or tonic water if preferred)

White Russian
1 oz St. George NOLA Coffee Liqueur
1 oz St. George All Purpose Vodka
3/4 oz heavy cream
Shake all ingredients with ice until well chilled, then strain into an Old Fashioned glass over big ice.Recipe: classic

Bourbon Coffee Old Fashioned
2 oz bourbon
1/4 oz St. George NOLA Coffee Liqueur
1/4 oz brown sugar syrup
dash of chocolate bitters
To make syrup: In a small saucepan, combine equal parts water and brown sugar. Warm on low heat and gently stir until the sugar is dissolved. When syrup has cooled: Combine bourbon, coffee liqueur, syrup, and chocolate bitters in a mixing glass. Add ice and stir to chill, then strain into a rocks glass over ice.Recipe: Apartment Bartender

NOLA NOG
1 part (or so) St. George NOLA Coffee Liqueur
1 part (or so) eggnog
cinnamon stick
How tempting is this lovely photo of "equalish" parts of NOLA and nog from Brianna Danner? To make, just mix NOLA and nog to taste, stir with a cinnamon stick, sprinkle with cocoa, or garnish however the spirit moves you. NOLAlalalalalalala!

BOURBON LIFT
1 1/2 oz bourbon
1/2 oz St. George NOLA Coffee Liqueur
1/2 oz orgeat
1/2 oz heavy cream
club soda
Add all ingredients except club soda to a shaking tin. Add ice, shake very well, then strain into a highball glass. Beat with a barspoon while adding club soda to the rim of the glass. Let stand for 15 seconds to allow foam to firm. Slowly add more soda to "lift" the head above the top of the glass.

Madame Marie Laveau
1 1/4 oz St. George NOLA Coffee Liqueur
1 oz Hennessy VS
1 oz Noval Black Port
1/4 oz CH Fernet
1 bar spoon simple syrup
1 whole egg
Combine all ingredients in a shaker tin and dry shake without ice. Add six ice cubes and shake again for 20 seconds, then double strain into an 8–10 oz glass. Garnish with coffee dust on top.Recipe: Melissa Pinkerton, The Betty, Chicago

Long Island Iced Coffee
1 1/4 oz Nardini Amaro
1 oz St. George NOLA Coffee Liqueur
1/2 oz Fernet-Branca
1/2 oz vodka
1/2 oz mezcal
1/4 oz rye whiskey
3/4 oz orgeat
1/2 oz half-and-half
2 dashes mole bitters

2 oz St. George California Citrus Vodka
1 oz St. George NOLA Coffee Liqueur
Stir citrus vodka and coffee liqueur with ice until chilled, then strain into a fresh glass over a large ice cube. Garnish with an orange peel.Recipe: St. George Spirits

La Vida Nola
1 oz St. George NOLA Coffee Liqueur
1/2 oz Del Maguey VIDA Mezcal
1/2 oz–1 oz milk
Straus Dutch Chocolate Ice Cream to taste
