    Dirty Martini

    2 1/2 oz St. George All Purpose Vodka
    1/2 oz dry vermouth
    2 bar spoons olive brine
    Castelvetrano olive

    Stir vodka, vermouth, and brine with ice, then strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with Castelvetrano olive on a skewer.

    3 oz St. George Botanivore Gin
    1 oz St. George All Purpose Vodka
    1/2 oz Lillet Blanc

    Stir all ingredients with ice to chill, then strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with a thin peel of lemon.

    Pear-y Cobbler

    1 1/2 oz St. George Spiced Pear Liqueur
    1/2 oz St. George All Purpose Vodka
    1/2 oz Dry Sack Sherry
    1/2 oz fresh lemon juice
    1/2 oz simple syrup

    Shake all ingredients with ice, then strain into a glass or metal cup over crushed ice. Garnish with a lemon twist and a dash of Angostura Bitters.

    1 oz St. George All Purpose Vodka
    1/2 oz St. George Spiced Pear Liqueur
    1/2 oz elderflower liqueur
    1/8 oz Cointreau
    3/4 oz fresh lemon juice
    1 splash simple syrup
    2 dashes Angostura Bitters

    Shake all ingredients well with ice, then strain into a chilled coupe. Garnish with grated cinnamon.
